  • Arcus helped build out Prospera’s Salesforce org as a middle-office system between Prospera’s back-office and advisor teams
  • Internally branded as COREngine, the COREngine/Salesforce platform is used by advisors and other staff to process new account paperwork and other account servicing from the field to the back office
  • COREngine/Salesforce integrates with LaserApp for auto-form filling and SIGNiX for e-signatures
  • By leveraging existing LaserApp integration with COREngine/Salesforce, we are working on integrating the SIGNiX application to allow e-signed documents to be sent back to Salesforce Accounts
  • Advisors will send a document for signature to its clients, and after all the parties successfully e-sign the documents, it will be sent back to Salesforce via REST API
  • We have developed Java-based middleware for this integration which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • This middleware is enabled to receive push notifications from the SIGNiX API which will send a signed document to the middleware
  • After middleware receives a document, it will do a post back to Salesforce Account
